Kella has a 2nd degree black belt in ATA-style taekwondo, and is working on her instructor certification.

Long Bio

Kella Campbell was born in Vancouver, Canada. After spending four years at the University of Toronto, she returned home to the West Coast, and currently lives in a suburb of Greater Vancouver with her husband and two children, plus an energetic dog and an elder cat.

She generally has a mug of tea within reach and doesn’t drink coffee at all. Her favorite treats are dark chocolate and marzipan. Her favorite stories have happily-ever-after endings, which is likely the reason why she writes mostly romance. Even when she dips into other genres, her writing nearly always has romantic and relationship elements, because love is a joyful and inspiring thing.

Kella has been practicing ATA-style taekwondo since 2011, and currently has a 2nd degree black belt. She is working on her instructor certification.

She has been writing for as long as she can remember, and was drawn to rock star romance after a listening to a young man working at her neighborhood coffee shop talk about guitars and performing and his band. She decided to venture into indie publishing in 2018.
